Excellence chapter is BNI Singapore’s most committed and most motivated chapter. We may be small, and we may not be the best chapter in Singapore, but we are the most effective, as proven by our statistics.
Our Vision
• To get Chapter Of The Year award for the year 2010
• To achieve status of Gold Medallion chapter award by October 2010
Our Mission
To connect business partners, establish more referrals and build strong business relationship through BNI network.
Our Action Plan
• Exceed set KPIs of
• $2,000,000 worth of done deals by end October 2010
• 40 visitors per month
• 60 referrals per month
• Convert at least 4 visitors into members every month to achieve
• 21 members by end March 2010
• 31 members by end July 2010
• 41 members by end October 2010
• Get 100% chapter attendance at national level events
• Organize Visitors’ Day at least once every three months
• Organize combined chapter meetings at least once every two months
• Attend various other non-BNI networking events

The interesting about BNI is I get to meet people from different trades. I have not only directly benefited from members’ referrals but also provide added value service to my client by referring members’ services to them. The training at BNI and weekly education sharing has also enhanced my networking skills. In Excellence chapter, the team is highly committed, motivated and family orientated.
