As a newly arrived Australian to Singapore, looking to find accommodation, I was time poor and needed help. From the first call, I felt Bernie went out of his way to understand my needs. My particular search was not an easy one as a result of a number of contributing reasons and distractions. Notwithstanding, I was greatly impressed by the manner and degree of professionalism in which Bernie handled and coordinated the task. I was starting to get frustrated with the other agents. They weren’t really listening to what we were looking for as a family. Agents need to listen to their clients so that they can narrow down the search and show the client what they are actually looking for.
